We offer month-to-month leases, meaning no long-term contracts and no commitment.
Our office hours vary per location, please contact a facility near you for details. Appointments are available for our customer’s convenience.
- Agreements are month to month unless the Tenant or Landlord delivers a written notice to terminate the Agreement.
- After the written notice has been delivered and the tenant hasn’t vacated the unit the lease will be renewed. Vacating is defined as removing all property in the space, leaving it in clean condition and removing the lock.
- If proper written notice is not given, a termination fee will be charged in the amount of $50. It could also be one month’s rent, whichever is less. If unit is not vacated by the last day of the month, the lease will be automatically renewed. The termination fee will be forfeited at that time.
Payments
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. We do not take payments over the phone. You may also arrange to have payment be automatically deducted from your credit card or checking account. Please ask your manager about this feature. Our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box however we do not recommend this for cash payments.
We accept check, cash, and money orders. Also major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express! Ask us about our credit card auto-pay program!
Yes, High quality locks. We also offer boxes and moving supplies.
